Great shot! Lighting on the face is just right. The hard shape/lines in the background are a little distracting. I've been looking at eyes more lately. Perhaps (if it doesn't violate conscience), masking the eyes and brightening them a bit would couple well with his smile. Just a thought. Composition is excellent and i like the framing from the upper corners.
